Our History

CM Contract was founded in 2009 by the architect Enzo Guanziroli who is the owner and first promoter of our philosophy based on high quality results and attentive and flexible customer service.
CM Contract was born in the heart of the Brianza production hub, Cantù, since 2020 it has chosen Mariano Comense as its headquarters, in a strategic point both for the related production it offers and for the ease of reaching the main cities of Northern Italy and the main airports.
Our production reality has deep roots in the local tradition, with a management open to an international market, usually reaching all the main ports and shipyards in the world.

2022

CMC concludes the three-year project Star Plus with WINDSTAR CRUISE.

2021

CMC concludes the outfitting for ADA compliance with VIRGIN CRUISE reaching the goal of 100% accessibility.

2020

Moves to a new31000 Mq facility, starts working with VIRGIN CRUISE.

2018

CM Contract starts working with the superyacht brand SANLORENZO.
Employees amount grows to 25 people.
New contracts with PRINCESS CRUISES.

2017

CM Contract launched is own outdoor IMO fabrics collection and obtains certification IMO Med.

2016

CM Contract obtains certification ISO 9001.

2015

The number of employees grows to 20 people. New contract with WINDSTAR CRUISES.

2010

Moves to a new 1000 Mq facility, starts working with superyacht brand Azimut.

2009

Foundation of CM Contract.
First contracts with HOLLADN AMERICA LINE and SEABOURN CRUISE.
